Focus and Scope

International Educational Research (IER) is an international, double-blind peer-reviewed, open-access journal, which is semiannual published by IDEAS SPREAD INC in both print and online versions. The online version is free to access and download. The journal publishes original research papers, case reports, and review articles. The journal encourages submission in but not limited to subjects of Education method, education policy and education development; Educational technology and educational psychology; Special education and cross-cultural education; Educational leadership, educational administration and educational evaluation; Training, teaching and learning, Language education.

Peer Review Process

Review Process: This journal uses double-blind review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process.

Rapid Publication: Manuscripts are peer-reviewed and a first decision provided to authors approximately 2-3 weeks after submission; acceptance to publication is undertaken in 13.6 days (median values for papers published in this journal in the first half of 2020).

Recognition of Reviewers: Reviewers who provide timely, thorough peer-review reports receive vouchers entitling them to a discount on the APC of their next publication in any IDEAS SPREAD journal, in appreciation of the work done. Article Processing Charge

To cover the costs of the academic publisher for ensuring the normal operation, and encourage more scholars to publish their research articles. We charge Article Processing Charges (APC), 200USD/article.
